JCA sets June 22 as opening of classes for S.Y. ‘26-‘27

JCSGO Christian Academy (JCA) confirmed that classes for the School Year 2026–2027 will officially begin on June 22, 2026, with the parents’ orientation scheduled on June 19, according to Assistant Principal of Academics and Admission, Ms. Marife Jagto.

In preparation for the opening of classes, the school conducted renovations, repainting, cleaning, and improvements in several facilities around the campus.

“The Shammah room was made into a whole Communication Laboratory (ComLab) because we have robotics as an elective for junior high school,” Ms. Jagto said, pointing out the school’s big innovation.


Moreover, Ms. Jagto underscored the school’s efforts in preparing both the campus environment and academic programs before students return to school.

Concerning the enrollment process, students and parents are advised to refer to the following requirements and procedures before the opening of classes.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

FOR NEW STUDENTS AND TRANSFEREES

Admission Process: 

  • Step 1 – Fill out the online registration form and submit all the required documents.
  • Step 2 – Secure a schedule for the assessment examination and interview. 
  • Step 3 – Wait for the verification and validation of submitted requirements. 
  • Step 4 – Upon recommendation and validation of requirements, the applicant may proceed to enrollment and payment of tuition fees. 


Requirements:

  • Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Original Report Card with Learners Reference Number (LRN)
  • 2×2 recent ID picture
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Recommendation Form
  • ESC Certificate (if applicable)
  • QVR Certificate (if applicable)
  • F-137 or SF10 (applicable for Grades 1-12)

FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS

Procedures: 

  • Step 1 – Fill out the online registration form.
  • Step 2 – Enrollees will proceed with the payment of their tuition fees, whether through over-the-counter or online payment via Metrobank, to which the proof of payment will be sent to jca.finance@jcsgo.edu.ph with the student’s name, grade level, payment terms, and amount paid.
  • Step 3 – Enrollment will be validated and confirmed at the office of the Registrar.
  • Step 4 – Enrollees must bring the top portion of the uniform for ID picture taking, and may claim their book and notebooks 

Founded in 1997 by School Chaplain Jonathan Sebastian and Bishop Victoria Sebastian, JCA began with only one teacher and 12 pupils in a single classroom.

Over the years, the institution grew and expanded its programs from preschool to senior high school while continuing its mission of providing Christian education and developing student leadership skills.
