JCSGO Christian Academy (JCA) fostered innovation and teamwork through the STEM Olympiad 2025 on November 6 at the Central Hall.
The event encouraged Senior High School students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and apply their learning to real-world challenges in science, technology, and mathematics.
Beyond competition, the Olympiad aimed to nurture problem-solvers and future innovators who will use their knowledge to make a positive impact on society.
Ms. Mary Rose Alvarez, one of the STMML Month organizers, began with an inspiring message, reminding students that learning becomes more meaningful when shared and experienced together.
Through rounds of quizzes and hands-on activities, participants strengthened their skills in teamwork, perseverance, and creative thinking.
“I observed trust and unity among the students, whose success in the STEM Olympiad showed that their teamwork prevailed in both the theoretical concepts from the quiz bee and the hands-on activities,” Ms. Alvarez shared.
Grade 11–Shiloh emerged as the champion, followed by Grade 11–Elyon and Grade 11–Shammah.
More than just medals and rankings, the true success of the event was seen in the students’ renewed curiosity and passion for learning, reflecting JCA’s advocacy to build faith-driven, future-ready innovators.
