The world came alive inside the Seed Dome as JCA’s Junior High School students paraded cultures, colors, and pride in their United Nations celebration on November 5, 2025, featuring a pageant and culminating activities that highlighted cultural appreciation and global unity.

The program opened with representatives from each section walking the runway, showcasing the countries and culture they represented.

The judges for the Mr. and Ms. United Nations competition were Ms. Mekyla Abad, Ms. Jamaica Ramallosa, and Mr. Sundae Burce.

Each contestant was called onstage by their assigned country, confidently introducing themselves and striking poses with the audience cheering as colorful costumes and flags filled the stage with energy and excitement.

Seth Magana and Summer Bautista were crowned Mr. & Ms. United Nations 2025 champions with Mark Castillo and Abcd Mabaggu as runner-ups, and Keisha Radene Mack and Joshua Caleb Pastor as 2nd runner-up.

“I also relied on my life verse, Matthew 19:26, that reminds me that with God, all things are possible. Then I was inspired to overcome and push forward with the opportunity and responsibility given to me,” she added.

The event also encouraged students to work together, allowing them to showcase creativity while strengthening class unity.

“I enjoyed decorating classrooms, especially when there’s cooperation within the class,” Jayden Tuñacao said, a representative of France.

Through the pageant and culminating activities, students were reminded of the importance of unity, peace, and respect while celebrating their talents and cultural awareness. The event encouraged everyone to embrace differences, work together as one community, and appreciate the beauty of diversity — values that reflect the spirit of “Unity in Diversity”

Meanwhile, students who excelled in Araling Panlipunan activities for the month were also recognized during the event.
