JHS Intramurals 2026: Clutch Plays and Championship Chases

Junior High School students competed in this year’s Intramurals from February 19 to 23 at the school grounds, showcasing intense matchups through competitions in various sports as part of the school’s annual intramurals program.
The week-long intramurals featured basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and board games such as chess, games of the generals, and scrabble.
Games were characterized by disciplined execution, tactical adjustments, and strong bench support, displaying determination, teamwork, and school spirit throughout the week.
Students cheered their team on every spike, point, and goal—creating an energetic and lively atmosphere across all events.
“I mostly enjoyed everything, since I saw students driving with power and passion to secure their win,” said Kristoffer Lumanog of the Violet Vanguards
Organizers noted that while medals highlighted achievements, the true success of the intramurals lay in the camaraderie, resilience, and dedication seen in every game.
The awarding ceremony celebrated both individual talents and the collective efforts of all teams, which left lasting memories of energy, sportsmanship, and school pride for students and teachers.
