JCADO20 brings advocacy to CPGHS, reaching beyond the classroom
By Cha Villadolid
As part of JCA’s D020 initiative, a career talk under the Kamag-Aral project was conducted for Grade 10 students at Carlos P. Garcia High School on March 19 in the campus auditorium.
The event was led by JCA Guidance Counselor Ms. Sheila Padilla, alongside Ms. Julie Baltazar, with support from Ms. AV Mangindra, Ms. Michelle Villapando, and selected Grade 12 students.
It began with a praise and worship session led by Gabriel Sales from Grade 12, followed by an icebreaker facilitated by Ms. Mangindra and Ms. Villapando.
The highlight of the event was the career talk delivered by Mr. Franco Polo Macasa, a Batch 2015 alumnus, who shared his experiences to help guide the students in making informed decisions about their future academic and career paths.
