JCSGO Christian Academy (JCA) officially began its school year with a Parents’ Orientation held on June 19 at the Seed Dome.
To begin the program, Mrs. Liza Reyes and Mrs. Linnie Bergante hosted the icebreaker games, implementing “Pinong Pino Ako,” displaying the finest characteristics of a JCAian by striking a pose when a characteristic is mentioned.
Bishop Victoria Sebastian, School President, then welcomed the parents with a message, encouraging them to accept Christ as our Lord and Savior.
Junior High School Academic Head Mrs. Marife Jagto also provided the parents with important updates regarding academic matters.
Following this, Ms. Charlene Agustin, President of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), introduced the current PTA officers and presented an audio-visual summary of the PTA’s recent accomplishments.
Meanwhile, school principal, Mrs. Cynthia Genon, introduced the teachers and staff, followed by a presentation on being limitless through Christ.
The orientation concluded in the classrooms, where advisers provided parents with class-specific guidelines, requirements, and important reminders.
