JCA honored Nutrition Month Awardees during the first Chapel Service

JCSGO Christian Academy (JCA) recognized the winners of Nutrition Month during the first Chapel Service today, August 7, at the Seed Dome.

The first chapel service for this school year commenced today and was shortly followed by the announcement of winners for Nutrition month, with a central theme of “Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat para sa Lahat.”

The month’s activities included Colorful Food Challenge for Grade School, Poster Making and Digital Photo Contest for Junior High School, and Nutri-Cook Fest and Dance Exercise Competition for Senior High School.

Grade 1 Patience hailed as the first placer in the Colorful Food Challenge for Grade 1-3 category and Grade 4 Gentleness for Grade 4-6 category.

Winners were also announced for the Junior High School department’s Poster Making and Digital Photo Contest.

In the Senior High School department, Grade 11 Shalom took the first place in Nutri-Cook Fest and Grade 12 Jireh was crowned as first placers in the Dance Exercise Competition.

The culminating activity commenced successfully, giving stage and spotlight to proud winners of Nutrition month.
