Amid the ongoing global pandemic, JCSGO Christian Academy (JCA) thrives in celebration of God’s relentless faithfulness to the JCA Community for 24 years.

JCA’s 24th Anniversary, celebrated at its official Facebook page last February 22, was welcomed by an enticing opening of JCA’s charming host, Stephen Palacios from the Kinder level. The opening ceremony started with the singing of the Philippine national anthem, followed by the captivating performance of its very own teachers and students singing praises and glory to our Father in heaven, and an opening prayer led by JCA’s loyal parents Mr. and Mrs. Bandril together with their entire family.

Continuing with the run of the celebration with the theme of “Kingship of Sovereign Lord All Over the World”, seized from the heartening verse of Isaiah 9:6, viewers then witnessed the superb growth of JCA since the very beginning when it started in 1997 with only 12 students and has progressed up to this day to a big family of people that serve and love the Lord, our God.

In continuance, an inspiring message was given by the school president, Senior Pastor Victoria Sebastian, who reminded the students what it meant to be a JCAian at this time and the values of the school vision and mission statement. School founder, Bishop Jonathan Sebastian, also sent his greetings. Viewers virtually experienced the remarkable performances of JCA students and teachers who showed their impeccable talents through singing, spoken poetry and dancing in accordance with praises unto the Lord.

The online celebration came to an end with the faculty and staff leading the JCA song enthusiastically, followed shortly by a closing prayer led by Shantelle Mique from the Grade 4 level.

The entire week had been dedicated to various E-Sports Tournament and other activities for the students, teachers and staff to celebrate virtually with. The closing ceremony was set to be held on February 26 to culminate the Foundation Week Celebration.
