JCSGO Christian Academy’s (JCA) Grade 11 Accountancy and Business Management (ABM), and General Academic Strand (GAS) students led a seminar for Grade 12 class officers on November 19 at the Audio-Visual Room.

Entitled “L.E.A.D.E.R.S: Leadership Engagement and Active Development for Emerging Responsible Students,” it featured homegrown student leader and Senior High School (SHS) Student Council President Janelle De Ocampo.

De Ocampo gave an inspiring talk, highlighting her “Lucky 7,” which embodies that true leadership is rooted in service, humility, responsibility, and empathy, not about credentials.

She added that the students must serve the people with heart and passion genuinely, and not for power and attention.

In addition, a team-building activity called “Minefield” was held, where one team member was blindfolded and the others had to guide them through an obstacle course.

The seminar aimed to equip participants with tools, insights, and inspiration for effective and visionary leadership.
