Honoring the hands that shape future generations, JCA held its Teachers’ Day celebration on October 1, 2025, at the Seed Dome.
The festivities started after the Chapel Service, as various school clubs prepared presentations dedicated to the teachers to show their appreciation.
The JCA Choir followed with a performance of the song “Good Job,” commending teachers for their commitment and sacrifices throughout all the hardships, while J-Force energized the audience with a contemporary dance number that served as a lively expression of gratitude.
Afterwards, the Multimedia Club showcased an audio-visual presentation featuring students’ greetings and messages of thanks to their teachers.
Finally, Nickeisha from Grade 6 Purity offered a moving solo performance, serving as a reminder of the lasting influence of teachers.
After the performances, teachers received gifts from student organizations—a small but heartfelt token of their gratitude for their hard work.
Reflecting on the occasion, music teacher Sir James Escoto shared that Teachers’ Day is more than just a celebration.
“It reminds us to be grateful because there are people ready to volunteer, to give their lives, to prepare those lessons for the next generations.”
Before the program concluded, Bishop Vicky Sebastian delivered a short but heartfelt message, extending gratitude to the teachers for their unwavering service, which was followed by a closing prayer led by Pastor Joshua.
