Instilling faith and the value of worship at a young age, Early Childhood Education (ECE) students expressed their devotion through song during the “Little Song Leader” singing contest held for Values Month on January 8, 2026.

ECE Head Ms. Elizabeth Reyes said the activity was organized to introduce spiritual values while students are still young and developing their character.

“We know that as Christians, we need to be good worshippers. One way of honoring the Lord is through praise and worship,” said Reyes, adding that the students were excited to dedicate their songs to God.

The program opened with welcoming remarks and a prayer, followed by the introduction of the judges: Ms. Elva Macaraeg, Ms. Sarah Sumalabe, and Ms. AV Mangindra.

A total of 22 participants from the AM class and 11 from the PM class performed various Christian songs, including “Jesus Loves Me,” “Kay Buti-buti Mo Panginoon,” and “Jesus Loves the Little Children,” while parents watched and cheered from the audience.
