JCA held its 1st Quarter Recognition Day on September 11, 2025, transforming the school parking lot into a celebration of excellence, where students, teachers, and non-teaching staff were honored for their outstanding contributions, dedication, and spirit of community.

The event recognized students from Grade 1 to Senior High School for achieving High Honors and With Honors during the first quarter, highlighting their academic excellence, consistent effort, and commitment.

“What helped me the most, I believe, is God. All glory and honor belong to Him always,” said Naomi Kirsten Yulo, a Grade 11 student who received High Honor.

“I had a hard time finding rest and energy, but breakthroughs come in the breaking. I can see that even with restlessness, I’m never alone, and I can see all my hard work paid off. All thanks and glory to Him and Him alone,” she added.

Teachers were also honored for their work in instruction, and non-teaching staff were commended for their service.

Maria Abelyn Sikat (ECE–Grade 2), Aubrey Jaime Estuesta (Grades 3–6), Suzette Lumbre (JHS), and Faith Desiree Alberto (SHS) received the Best Teacher Awards in their respective categories. Most Innovative Award was also given to Suzette Lumbre (JHS Department).

Best Adviser Awards were given to Nica Khael Ella (ECE & GS Department) and Danielle Soliven (JHS Department) Trishia Mae Mendoza (SHS Department)

The Finest Employee Awards in the non-teaching category were presented to Julie Baltazar, Maria Lourdes Borromeo, Sarah Sumalabe, and Dhanna Ysabelle Abubo.

“I am deeply grateful and humbled by this recognition, as it serves as a meaningful reminder that the hard work, patience, and dedication I devote to guiding my students are making a positive impact on their growth and development,” said Ms. Trishia Mae Mendoza.
