JCA honors its finest faculty in Teachers’ Month 2024

JCSGO Christian Academy (JCA) student body wrapped up Teacher’s Month 2024 with a commemorative program and a day of celebration and appreciation, spreading love and gratitude to the faculty of JCA at the Seed Dome yesterday, October 4.

The program was kicked off by the JCA Praise Team, followed by an inspirational message for teachers and a performance of ‘Thank You Lord’ by Bishop Victoria Sebastian, joined by the JCA community.

Each department from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to Senior High School (SHS) showcased their ‘Pinong Pino’ side through various presentations including an intermission number, theatre play, a rendition of ‘I’ll Be There’ sung by the SHS Voices, and a video greeting compilation from JCA alumni.

Tokens of appreciation and several awards were also handed out to teaching and non-teaching personnels, led by School Principal Mrs. Cynthia Genon, and the ceremony concluded with a closing prayer headed by School Chaplain Pastor Joshua Sebastian.

The program proper was shortly followed by an in-classroom gathering with students hosting their own celebrations to commemorate the special day for the teachers.

The appreciation for the finest teachers was also expressed by new JCA parents, such as Ms. Karol Malumbay, who stated: “Honestly, very nourishing sila. Yung approach nila sa mga bata, ‘di lang siya basta na yung matuto sila… nakikita ko na gusto nila nang holistic yung development ng mga bata.”
