JCA ignites linguistic skills at literature, grammar quiz bee for Grades 4 to 10

In celebration of English Month, JCSGO Christian Academy’s (JCA) Junior High School Department held its Literature and Grammar Quiz Bee Finals from September 11 to September 13 in the Audio-visual room.

The event challenged Grades 4-10 student finalists with various questions spanning from basic concepts to complex topics, such as sentence structure, subject-verb agreement, and punctuation.

Throughout the competition, candidates competed in rounds of simple, average, and difficult questions, racing against time and resulting in spectacular tiebreakers demonstrating the contestants’ expertise and fast thinking.

Many participants expressed to Ignite, the enthusiasm and gratitude they felt for this experience, highlighting the event’s role in empowering influential communicators through English.

The winners for the said event are set to be announced on October 2.
