GS opens English month celebration with Impromptu Speech Contest

In light of the opening of English month Celebration, the Grade School (GS) Department held an Impromptu Speech Contest last Wednesday, September 11 at the Audio-Visual Room.

Pupils from Grades 4-6 took part in the contest where each were given a topic to discuss, which was evaluated by the judges, Ms. Eunice Magramo and Ms. Sherlyn Serrano.

With the theme “Speak, Read, Write, Rise: Empowering Influential Communicators Through English” the English month activities aims to enhance the students’ critical thinking and public speaking while building confidence and influence in various communication contexts.

The event was led by Ms. Marbie Estefania, English month activities Head Organizer.
