JCSGO Christian Academy’s (JCA) Early Childhood Education (ECE) department recently held its annual English Month Celebration, featuring various activities that showcased the students’ love for the language, awarding the winners last Monday, September 30.

In the Spelling Bee Contest, Johanne Allaine was the champion of Kinder AM, with Naomi Lei Cabiles in first and Jephthah Migabon in second. While in Kinder PM, Isla Audrey Marri Lazo placed second, Zach Marv Baratang took first, and Ethan James Manzano secured the win.

For the Poetry Competition, Brianna Sophia earned second place, Jephthah Migabon placed first, and Ethan James Manzano was crowned the champion with his poetic abilities.

In the Art Contest, Naomi Lei Cabiles claimed the championship title in Kinder AM, with Qlaira Morales in first and Remiel Carangdang in second, whilst in Kinder PM, Isla Audrey Marri Lazo clinched the champion spot, followed by Ethan James Bio in first and Ethan James Manzano in second.

As part of the concluding activity of English Month, the celebration included a tree planting event and a recital, where children and parents collaborated to plant kutcharita seeds, fostering environmental awareness and honing their talents.
